this is nagesh v saralaya from I pgdm 2011-2013 A sec. first of all, let me apologise delaying in sending the KRAs.

 

these are few of the KRAs which i want to share

 

1) let us start a monthly newsletter where in we include the key points spoken in the guest lectures of that particular month and also include several other articles suited to BEYOND MANAGEMENT i.e the articles should be apart from management issues.

 

2)let us organize an inter college and intra college PPT presentations competition under the banner of BEYOND MANAGEMENT on any topic which is not related to management.

Regarding the KRA activity,

 We can  collect the economic times from all those students who are  willing to give and use the money that we get by selling them for a social cause.

Hi All,

I thought of implementing a very interesting thing which was followed in my previous organiZation were I worked.This helped in improving the bonding between people.It is related to maintaining a database of birthdays on an excel sheet  of 

1. faculty members

2. Students(first year and second year)

3. Supporting staff

So,we are going to use this database to send 

1. Birthday wishes to the concern person over email

2. Birthday notification to all the LIBA members one day in advance over email.

Cc Ma'am: If we get some budget we can get cards printed,which will be given on behalf of liba.Please let me know if this idea can be implemented.It will definitely mark a beginning of a new tradition in LIBA.

Bring out an issue on the last Wednesday of this month & we shall release it on 27th July before the Workshop.
