The workshop will be handled by ARCHANA RAGHURAM, Director -Outreach, Cognizant.
Archana Raghuram has been heading the CSR program of Cognizant since its launch. The goal of the program is to promote the cause of education by a combination of voluntary support from employees and financial and administrative support from the company. Previously, she was the Manager of Corporate communication at Cognizant and worked on a project to articulate and make explicit the unique cultural values of Cognizant which were the key drivers of their success. She has also worked with Nielsen Media Research, Online Testing Exchange, JPMorgan Chase and Pilot Software.
Archana Raguram conducts workshops on the Use of Corporate Story telling as a tool of communication and knowledge sharing
and has used this approach in articulating the culture and values of Cognizant. She has authored a book titled “Legends of Cognizant” which is a collection of stories and anecdotes from across the organization which capture the values of Cognizant.
A prominent blogger in Cognizant, she maintains two internal company blogs and one external blog and has Won the Champion Blogger Award for the same.
She has conducted several training programs on Project Management both within Cognizant and externally at International Institute of Project Management.
