Dear Friends,

This weekend is Small Group Sunday. We are presented once again with a unique opportunity to give and serve through the warmth lunch event, to invite friends and family to visit CCMC, as well as enjoy each other's company in fellowship as brothers and sisters in Christ.

On matters of logistics, attached in this mail is a layout of the MGS canteen with positions allocated for each of the serving stations. For small groups requiring access to a power point, you will notice that this has also been indicated.

Below are some additional points to note for this Sunday's 10am combined service event:

• Please decorate / dress-up your hawker stalls. After all, how else will the congregation know to associate the food with the small group :)
• Please bring your own table cloths
• Please bring your own serving utensils, e.g. ladles, tongs, knives etc.This is very important as the lack of appropriate utensils will immensely hinder your group's ability to serve
• Do look after your things. It gets very crowded and invariably, things are likely to be misplaced or lost
• Do set aside time with your small groups to clean up the respective hawker stalls after the event
  
• Most importantly, please refrain from missing the main service and plan for the food preparation to be prior to the service or after the sermon is delivered.

Warmth Lunch will be served from 11.30am and the canteen is available from 8.30am for anyone planning to come early.
