BS on 17 Oct

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder that our next BS will be at our place BB, 291D #08-23, on the seventh commandment and 9th chapter in our book titled Commitment Keeping. It's a substantial chapter (35 pages) but with some interesting and I daresay provocative thoughts, so please take time to read it. I found the discussion questions at the back quite useful and intend to cover them all, more or less.

Also, with our baby on the way, this BS will be my last as leader/coordinator. I've asked Yan Rong to take over after this session indefinitely :) I had hoped to be able to finish the book before I handed over, but we've missed quite a few sessions this year for various reasons (see also our schedule attached). Although David Gill has at times been rather difficult to follow, I hope we have all benefited from the intense discussions on practical aspects of christian living which the Ten Commandments give guidance on. I also hope we can continue to grow the habit of keeping written records of our discussions on facebook (or anywhere else,really) so we can reflect on what we have learnt with each passing book.

For info, baby Naomi is due sometime between 16-30th this month, so hopefully we have a next session. If not, you all can come to the ward for BS :)
