Wrong IRS information

Greetings,
I learned today that the IRS has NOT in fact granted 501c3 tax exempt status to the Center. The IRS person who told me so last week was wrong.
In short, the case has been transferred to Washington because the new case agent is concerned about the "political" nature of the Center, despite the fact that we plan to do nothing but talk/develop ideas for others to decide what to do with.
We'll keep at it.
