有次上Foundry Technology课时,教授拿来一个铸模,突然想到:想要铸造一个密封且无缝的空心铁球,该怎么弄?后上网搜索了一下,网上
提供了两种解决办法:
1.开一个工艺孔,铸造完后取出型心砂,最后把孔封闭;
2.铸造2个一样的半球,再焊接起来。
两种办法都能做到密封,但不能做到完全无缝。不知大家对此有什么好点子?

我想到一个点子:可以用某种耐高温的薄膜材料吹一个球,把它作为芯模,浇铸以后就不再取出来了。但这种能耐高温的薄膜材料可能比较难找,即使找到或许成
本也比较高。

那所设想的薄膜材料的芯模怎么悬空放呢?除非带磁性?利用磁悬浮力?
还有另外一种设想:可以把计算好的一定量的铁水注入一个可以密封、也可以打开、内半径等于所要得到的空心球的半径的一个球壳模内,然后边滚动球壳边由外
而内凝固,最后拆除球壳模子。
