broken Labs feature: Inbox preview?

Does A Better GMail 2 break the Labs feature "Inbox preview" or am I
doing something wrong?

I fugured it out, first I disabled the extension, then thoght of
installing only the favicon scipt via greasemonkey but that didnt
change anything and then opened gmail in a normal tab - I say "normal"
because I have them truncated with another extension called
"FaviconizeTab" and it must be that which is causing the problem.
Damn, but now I know.

I use faviconize tab and better gmail and still have the previews
working. You may want to keep looking into your problem.

I believe Google Gears and/or Offline interferes with the inbox preview.
