Here's a online event for the New York City budget. 

It would be good if they would answer questions. 

I'm sure people that operate gardens etc. Would like more transparency. 

I have a feeling it's just going to be the same type of 

"I'm just a bill.
Yes, I'm only a bill.
And I'm sitting here on Capitol Hill."

But if there are enough people asking questions maybe something might happen.

Hi David and everyone,

Let's hope for the best, but from what I see there is a new batch of young people. Although well intentioned, I have a feeling that any detailed question will simply not be answered because they may not know.

But if we all attend one and we are allowed to ask questions (not clear if we can) we could request a senior person such as a former member of the independent budget office Mr. Sweeting. to explain the process. See https://youtube.com/shorts/smefkdZrV28

Let me know if a few are up for it.  If not, I'll probably pass until they have in person meetings.

We should suggest in person meetings.  Online is the most isolating form of human interaction.  Think about it, do you ever exchange contact information in one of these online meetings?

We should require that people be allowed to chat with each other.
