Sad News - Our friend Dave Drum passed today

Just got word of this.  He died on a Florida paddling trip doing what he loved.

By some estimates we have shared upwards of 30000 beers together at BBB.  It wasn't enough.

This is indeed very sad news.  I only knew Dave a few years, but he was a really nice gentleman.  He will be missed.

Nooooo! Dave will be so very missed by anyone who heard his infectious laugh or heard a story of his travels or just saw him coming, those pants held high by a well worn belt.

Dave’s spirited love for the outdoors will continue to inspire me to stay outside just a little longer, hike that extra mile, ski one more run. 

I’m crying, you’re crying, let’s cry into our beers and have one for Dave.

This is truly a shock to me and I'm saddened to hear this.  He was a great friend, and spent the time to not only talk to my wife but also my son about school.  He will be so missed!
