I'm bringing a crowler of this double bock back but need a blow torch to replicate the roasted flavor. Somehow reminds me of Dave Drum's thermometer beer tests.

I remember a night (or at least I believe I do) when a glass rod was heated & plunged into a beer to caramelize some sugars. Sounds like the same process.

Cant wait to see you my friends! I miss David☹️ but i will Never forget our memories! Loved the acquisition for the July event when we had all of those breweries I loved being your designated driver. It was great. You guys were fun. Here’s to the memories. We toast to that on Friday.
