This is a reminder that we will be having a Shelter Organizational Formation meeting on Tuesday,  February 28^th at Advent Moravian Church, Jacksonville Rd., Bethlehem at 7PM. If you did not RSVP yet, please do so to me by Monday afternoon. Most of the shelter sites have not notified me of your intents yet. We need every site to attend for us to be able to take the next steps. Please feel free to forward this email to the appropriate individuals in your organization.

 

Please print out, review, and bring along the attached documents. In the PDF document, you have the meeting agenda, last meeting’s minutes, and information relating to the proposed Board Candidates. If you have any questions or cannot open the document, please let me know.
