Hello Community Partners!
As we continue the H.E.A.R.T.S Free Health and Wellness clinic at the Broughal Community School in to the new year, we wanted to put together a group of contacts to help us spread the word about the great services being offered. I have attached a flier announcing the upcoming clinic day scheduled for January 28th, 2012 and hope that you will help us get the word out to your networks. In addition, I have included a second flier which provides information on the H.E.A.R.T.S Clinic and the entire 2012 schedule. Please feel free to pass along the contact information for anyone else you feel would benefit from being on this mailing list!
