Final invite to Strategic Planning Committee meeting and presentation for the Bethlehem Homeless long term planning

To all Strategic Planners and to the Sheltering Committee,

A reminder that we have a joint meeting this Thursday, October 20th at
7:00 pm at Advent Moravian Church located on Jacksonville Road. This is
an important gathering as the Strategic long term planning committee will
be presenting what we have been working on since the spring. This is an
opportunity to hear the presentation, have impute and to have one vote
per church on a few of the items on the agenda that will be presented by
the Planning Committee.

We encourage not only a Homeless Sheltering Coordinator from each church
to attend but also clergy or elder ship.

Mark,
Thank you for the invitation and for keeping me on the email list. I
am unavailable on Thursday evenings, however, I do believe the
Moravian Church is well represented at the Strategic Planning
meetings. Thank you for all you are doing to care for the homeless.
I look forward to celebrating the next steps in the planning process.
