The Mental Health Recovery Lodge of Northampton County (The Lodge) is a supportive housing, vocational, and mental health recovery program. In November 2011, the Lodge will be opening a café and catering service, and providing a myriad of educational and recreational programs. The Lodge helps people thrive with mental illness.
For its café and catering service, the Lodge seeks part-time staff, specifically consumers from Northampton County. Individuals with experience in the foodservice industry, especially with professional espresso machines, are encouraged to respond. While experience is a plus, it is not a necessity. The Lodge will provide professional job training. However, a commitment to providing superior service to our customers is expected.
The café hours will be Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Staff members will work 4-hour shifts; the first shift is from 7 AM to 11 AM and the second shift is from 11 AM to 3 PM. Additionally, we are looking to fill flexible hours on an as-needed-basis for our catering service.
