This is a reminder that we will be having a meeting next week. It is important that one representative from each stakeholder (churches, agencies, etc. ) as outlined in the proposed in the “Organizing Group” attend this meeting. We will be laying the groundwork in creating this entity by proposing “Board of Directors” candidates to the group. We need a voice from each entity to attend. Please RSVP to me by Monday the 27^th.

Please review the previously approved documents and bring them along for your reference at the meeting. By Monday, we will be emailing you biography information about the new “Board of Directors” candidates. Please feel free to pass this information to the interested parties at your organization.

*It is very important that at least one person from each entity show up. We need a quorum to make any decisions.
