I wanted to inform you that we have a part-time employment opportunity available during the winter months. We are currently looking for an Assistant Sheltering Coordinator. This position will cover the 2 days during the week that the Sheltering Coordinator will not be available. It is required that the candidate work every Friday night plus one additional night during the week.

I thought that this had already started but we have not gotten any information. If this has not begun can you please let me know when it will be starting and if it has begun can you please provide us with the schedule so we know what to tell our clients. We get daily inquiries.

The position is for 3-4 hours, 2 nights a week. We have coverage by the Rabbi for 5 nights. We just want every night covered so we put this one out too. We begin next week, Thursday. I attached the flyer that can be distributed to different agencies. It lists the start and ending dates. 

I'd like to meet with you and Jeff sometime soon if you are available. The reality of actually creating another shelter is really starting to make me second guess its feasibility. I'd like to bounce some things off of you two if possible. Please let me know if you can meet with me anytime soon. I'd appreciate it.
