Hey folks!

2 things.

1) There was some side discussion about doing another lunch after church, and maybe doing something like a chili/soup and sandwiches meal. Since we've wrapped up the James study and are starting the new Lent study next Sunday, I propose we do the lunch next Sunday (3/16). I'll put a sign up sheet below; and if there's not enough folks that sign up (either cuz you're out of town or arent seeing this in time), we'll just postpone.

2) Here are the parables to study for this week. The theme for week 1 is "Simple Gifts", and Jeremy's sermon was the parable of the hidden treasures. Here's the breakdown; not many verses to reflect on each day...

Day 1 - the mustard seed (Mark 4:30-34)

Day 2 - the hidden treasure (Mt 13:44-46)

Day 3 - the lost coin (Luke 15:1-10)

Day 4 - leaven (Mt 13:31-35)

Day 5 - the vine and the branches (John 15:1-5)
