Hello Flying Moose Fans,

We need your help to put on the 35th Annual Flying Moose Classic Half-Marathon on Sunday, January 25, 2026. Please look at our Flying Moose Volunteer List and sign up – we can train you to do anything on this list, so don't worry if you don't know exactly what to do. If you have any trouble with the document, just reach out to @Ben Kamilewicz. 

This event is another crucial part of Bethel Outing Club's portfolio of fundraising efforts—all designed to support youth Nordic skiing and outdoor activities through the purchase of vital equipment for these activities, as well as funding for racing and training opportunities for kids in our community. Here are the big beats:

1. Event: 35th Annual Flying Moose Classic Half-Marathon
2. When: Sunday, January 25, 2026
3. Volunteer Arrival: 7:30 a.m. for most positions
4. Volunteer Departure: 1:30 p.m. at the latest
