BOC Meeting Thursday, Feb. 26th, 6pm

Hi Everyone,

We will be having a BOC board meeting on Thursday, Feb. 26th, at 6pm. Everyone is welcome to attend the meetings! This meeting will be held at my house (377 Songo Pond Rd., Bethel) and we will have a light dinner available during the meeting. I'd love to keep the meeting to 1 hr.

This is a list of BOC board members in case you ever have questions you'd like to ask them: Sarah Southam, Chris Barstow, Shannon Klein, Nancy Babcock, Beth Hodgdon, Sam Langlois, Ben Kamilewicz, Bruce Peirce, and Eric Boyle-Wight. 

Agenda Items for 2/26/26:

1. Discuss and vote on financial assistance requests for local athletes competing in post-season championship races.

2. Develop a formalized system to let athletes know about financial assistance awards and how to apply. This system will be worked on and put into place by later this spring.

3. Make a plan for end of season gear inventory, checking condition of gear and putting storage wax on all BOC skis used this season. 

4. Develop a form that athletes and their families sign when they borrow gear for the season. 

5. End of season celebration?

I want to apologize for leaving our beloved, longtime BOC Secretary off the BOC Board list. Please also know that Fred Call is still our secretary and on the board! Fred has been one of the most dedicated members of the club for many, many years and we couldn't pull off the ski sale without him!
