BOC Annual Meeting

Hi Everyone

We had our Bethel Outing Club Annual meeting last night at Pine Hill.

We had a quorum and went through our usual business agenda approving all items to  be voted on.

It was a meeting to elect Officers within the BOC Board Members.

The old slate of officers, Bruce S. Pierce President, Chris Barstow Vice President, Eric Boyle-Wight Treasurer and Fred Call Secretary

I have stepped down as President, but will remain on the Board. 

Sarah Southam was voted in as our new President.

YAY and Thank You Sarah 😁 

Chris, Eric & Fred will remain in their current Board positions.

We Welcome  2 new members of the Board, Sam Langlois who heads up the Maine West Play after school Nordic Skiers and Shannon Fyrberg who is involved with the Nansen Ski Jump group. 😊

If you would like to become involved in this Awesome Group of like minded folks who support all of the outdoors activities to help kids, as well as the adults, have fun outdoors we are involved with then Please reach out to any board member for help finding what you would like to help with
