After all that hiking, biking and skiing, do you have holes in your socks you'd like to mend? or a moth chewed hole in a sweater or something else? Join others this Friday, March 13th from 5-6:30 pm at the Reading Room in the Robinson House on Broad St in Bethel (side door on the driveway to the Bethel Inn Conference Center side) Instruction will be given and yarn will be provided. All are welcome! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out:)
The email from the Community Mending and Upcycle group says:
"Join us from 5-6 30 in the Robinson House Reading Room at the Bethel Historical Society. Feature Focus: Patching and Darning. Bring your own project (any thing you’d like to fix - it doesn’t have to be the Feature Focus) and a few dollars to put into the BHS donation box. As always, if you have a friend that may be interested, bring them along too!"
This group meets once a month. If you 'd like to get their emails directly, let me know.
