I forgot to get an update out last night so I'll get it out now.

Bethany came home last evening - in time for supper.  I was able to go to choir practice last evening and it was refreshing to get back into my routine and do something relaxing.
Braedon is glad to have his mommy home too.
Please pray that she will be able to start sleeping at home.  She had to sleep propped up on pillows last evening, but couldn't get comfortable so she didn't get much sleep.

A few "Thank You's:
Judy (Bethany's sister-in-law) has been a God-Send during this time.  She has been the stability on our home for Braedon.  She has taken care of all of us, cleaned the house, ensured that lunches are ready and little boys are dressed and such.  I am so grateful for her selfless giving to us. Her son, Lane, has been a bit homesick during this time, but he has been a trouper.  Thank you, Lane for being a great example to Braedon and for helping him in the myriad of ways you have.  Also, thank you to Judy's family that is left at home for loaning her to us during this time.  They've all had to pick up extra duties in her absence.

Thank you to the church for providing meals for us during this time.  What a wonderful blessing!  It has taken a lot of stress out of our lives and made meals convenient.  Thank you to everyone who took part in this ministry to us.

Thank you to those who visited Bethany in the hospital or called her to encourage her.  This meant more than you could ever know to Bethany.

We expect Bethany to continue healing and progressing.  We will have family members in for the next couple of weeks to help her come up to speed.

Bethany will probably blog about her experiences on http://bethanysblog.bestchoicewebsolutions.com and on facebook.

Thank you for your prayers and concerns.  We certainly have been blessed of God and blessed by the family of God who He has placed around us.  To God be the Glory.

Sincerely,
Tom Eckert
