Things went fairly well for the ladies today. Understandably, they didn't get much sleep last night (Wednesday) and they were pretty tired today. Both are making marked improvement and I'm quite sure they'll sleep better tonight.
With Scott's help, Mary was able to make the trek to Bethany's room to see her today and Bethany was able to show her a catheter bag full of proof that the surgery had been a success. It's fun to watch the camaraderie and love between them.
Our friend Amy Lynn is such a wonderful friend and inspiration to us all and she was able to encourage both ladies periodically throughout the day. Thank you, Amy.
Scott and Mary are amazing people. I feel like I'm doing a boot camp on love and Mary and Scott are the awesome examples. Wow. We're blessed.
