Dear friends and family,
Sorry you didn't get an update yesterday. We lost power in the ice storm and I couldn't get one out. We were all stuck at home all day yesterday and part of the day today, but were able to get up to see Bethany this afternoon. She is doing well and is just ready to get this over with.
Yesterday, Bethany received word that her labs are no longer septic. This is good because this clears the way for surgery.
Today Bethany was moved from the University hospital to Methodist Hospital where the surgery will take place. She is scheduled to leave her room at 6:15 a.m. tomorrow morning (Thursday) for surgery.
Please pray for the hands and thinking capability of the medical staff during this time. Please pray that God will be glorified.
