Lecture invitation regarding E-Government for a Chinese ministry delegation

Greetings from Washington DC,

My name is Zhennan and I am working at Triway International Group. 

We are looking for experts/lecturers who can give a lecture regarding E-Government topics for a 21-member Chinese ministry delegation.  

We will find a classroom or meeting hall in NYC and the proposed date will be either Dec 12th, 15th or 16th. 

The preferred lecture length will be 1~2 hours.
