Twitter bots for jobs?

Does anyone have experience with Twitter bots?

Idea:

I would like to setup a bot that searches for all tweets with NYC + "CivicJob" or "CivicJobs" or "CivicTechJob" or "CivicTechJobs" or "CivicDesignJob" "CivicDesignJobs" and RT via twitter.com/CivicJobs

Most importantly, I want twitter.com/CivicJobs to be crawling NYC.gov's jobs listing and repost all of the IT/SysAdmin, programing, design, & analytical jobs to be tweeted. Also, any managerial "IT, Design, or Data" position should be included.

Why?

1. We should be looking to move our talents inside of government.

2. Because < http://www.digital.nyc/jobs > doesn't have a government "digital" jobs section.

3. SF and Chicago has a bot that retweets #CivicTechJobs and we should have something similar < http://www.smartchicagocollaborative.org/tweet-your-civictechjobs/ >.

4. Our own jobs email list never got the type of use we wanted...
