Hi Lawrence,

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I received the handbills in the mail Friday but haven't gotten anything regarding awards. The only award we are giving is the $1000 for the winning team, correct?

In terms of listservs/marketing, I'm distributing the electronic handbill and a blurb about the Final Round / Info Session to the respective clubs today, and we will be passing out handbills to the classes & GSRs tomorrow and again on Wednesday.

I actually just found out that I will need to be in Seattle on Thurs for an interview and will need to fly out before the Dodge & Cox event takes place. We have a professional team with DSP that has been working with me on this the past few weeks (CC'd here) and they will be there Thursday to meet with you and make sure things go smoothly.  I'll email you with the info of an official point person once we determine it later today. Again, I'm incredibly sorry that I won't be able to be there but I'll do everything I can to make the event a good one.

Let's aim to meet at 5:30PM at HH360 to set up this event.  Ideally, the caterer should also come in around this time (maybe 10 min later) so we should make sure everything is up and running.  Please notify the team caps to arrive 15 min early to set up.

 

Also, please email final submissions not through zip but as actual attachments as submissions come in.
