Perspective skewing?

This might be a ways out but a thought. When you overlay pictures
with topos, how about a way to adjust the perspective (ala where the
railroad tracks converge) so that topos can be adjusted for less than
dead on straight photos all the way to looking up from the base. The
latter might not look great though...
