Good Morning Brother Proctor and Kimbro,

In order to even be approved for intake the chapter must complete the following:

Payment of Chapter dues (after 3:00 AM on March 1, 2014 a late fee will be added)

Payment of Individual dues by Polaris, Dean of the line and any brother who plans on participating in the intake process. (after 3:00 AM on March 1, 2014 a late fee will be added)

Approval from the University (must be sent to Regional Polaris Bro. Greggs)

Intake Packets 

After the following are completed, the invoices will be sent to collect payment.

At this time the Beta Chi Chapter should not be conducting any intake activities. If there are any questions please feel free to contact the State Director, Brother Harrison or myself.
