All these emails have caused me to go digging into old photos, none of
which are marked with names. This photo was of my roommate for a while
around 1968 and I don't remember his name. We lived on the 2nd floor
in the room above the front entrance that was later Carl Bratenahl's
room. He used to sew leather bell-bottoms and sell them. Does anyone
recognize him?

Jim Snyder made leather bellbottomed pants.  I still have a pair I bought from him.  They don't fit like they did then.

Cotty,

Merry Christmas!  I hope you and your gang are having a great holiday.  Sure is interesting, this flood of emails re: Beta Chi.  One thing it has made me think of is your film, "These Are Our Friends", which was a really good chronicle of Beta Chi at that time.  What year(s) did we live there?  I am a little spacey about it.  I know I have the video of your film somewhere, remember watching it about 6 years ago, sure would love to see it again now.  Is there an easy way to get that put on DVD?

Love to all your gang.  I only have Ella home now, as the rest of the gang is pretty far flung---Nora in London and Hannah in Lima, Peru.  Will is in Berkeley, living about 2 miles from Will and Kate, but too busy writing music to come home.  Funny how they grow up and move away...

Miss you.  Had a fun visit with Colin and Jocelyn a few weeks ago in London.  They are both doing very well.  Fun to catch up with them.
