The ipad taplynx appears to cache items in the feed (unlike the iphone
version). Is there a way to turn that off? I have some feeds where
updated items end up with a different permalink url and both end up in
the app when you refresh even though only the newer one is in the feed.

It's one of the last bugs to fix before 1.0 is finished.
