I think we should talk again to Meir Abu to understand what they are offering in terms of: 

space (location, size, adequacy, cost of fitting to our needs)

expenses (rent? arnona? electricity?)

timetables (when will they get the building, do construction work such as opening windows and installing air conditioning)

noise or vibrations from our activity

As said today, we should talk to him about the carpenter's table and the drawer cabinets in the scrap room on the first floor.
