This problem appears when those folders or files are not copied completely. It's Input/Output Error. I tried to delete with Shift+Del or through commands, but these did not work. I tried right click and "Move to Trash" and it worked.

In my case, I had a separate command that ran concurrently and added files while the delete was ongoing; likely rm finished deleting everything it had planned to delete, then tried to delete the folder at the end, saw it had contents, and then threw an error saying 'yo, something is not right'.

Many people suggest using -f (combining it into -Rf or -rf), claiming that it gets rid of annoying prompts. However, in normal cases you don't need it, and using it suppresses some problems that you probably do want to know about. When you use it, you won't be warned if your arguments supply a non-existing directory or file(s): rm will just silently fail to delete anything. As a general rule, try first without the -f: if there are problems with your arguments, then you'll notice. If you start getting too many prompts about files without write access, then you can try it with -f. Alternatively, run the command from a user (or the superuser using sudo) that has full permissions to the files and directories you're deleting to prevent these prompts in the first place.

OperatingSystem is Robot Framework's standard library that enables various operating system related tasks to be performed in the system where Robot Framework is running. It can, among other things, execute commands (e.g. Run), create and remove files and directories (e.g. Create File, Remove Directory), check whether files or directories exists or contain something (e.g. File Should Exist, Directory Should Be Empty) and manipulate environment variables (e.g. Set Environment Variable).

The standard error stream is automatically redirected to the standard output stream by adding 2>&1 after the executed command. This automatic redirection is done only when the executed command does not contain additional output redirections. You can thus freely forward the standard error somewhere else, for example, like my_command 2>stderr.txt.

The returned output contains everything written into the standard output or error streams by the command (unless either of them is redirected explicitly). Many commands add an extra newline (\\n) after the output to make it easier to read in the console. To ease processing the returned output, this possible trailing newline is stripped by this keyword.

Before you stream logs in real time, enable the log type that you want. Any information written to the console output or files ending in .txt, .log, or .htm that are stored in the /home/LogFiles directory (D:\home\LogFiles) is streamed by App Service.

The following sections discuss how to troubleshoot errors that occur when you stream data into BigQuery using the legacy streaming API. For more information on how to resolve quota errors for streaming inserts, see Streaming insert quota errors.

If you receive a failure HTTP response code such as a network error, there'sno way to tell whether the streaming insert succeeded. If you try to simply re-sendthe request, you might end up with duplicated rows in your table. To helpprotect your table against duplication, set the insertId property whensending your request. BigQuery uses the insertId property for de-duplication.

When you deploy updates to your function directly with the Lambda API or with a client such as the AWS CLI, you can see errors from Lambda directly in the output. If you use services like AWS CloudFormation, AWS CodeDeploy, or AWS CodePipeline, look for the response from Lambda in the logs or event stream for that service.

In Linux and MacOS, use the chmod command to change file permissions on files and directories in your deployment package. For example, to give an executable file the correct permissions, run the following command.

If your function returns an error, Lambda retries the batch until processing succeeds or the data expires. To avoid stalled shards, you can configure the event source mapping to retry with a smaller batch size, limit the number of retries, or discard records that are too old. To retain discarded events, you can configure the event source mapping to send details about failed batches to a standard SQS queue or standard SNS topic.

To increase the speed at which your function processes records, add shards to your data stream. Lambda processes records in each shard in order. It stops processing additional records in a shard if your function returns an error. With more shards, there are more batches being processed at once, which lowers the impact of errors on concurrency.

To create the event source mapping with the AWS CLI, use the create-event-source-mapping command. The following example uses the AWS CLI to map a function named my-function to a Kinesis data stream. The data stream is specified by an Amazon Resource Name (ARN), with a batch size of 500, starting from the timestamp in Unix time.

The event source mapping that reads records from your Kinesis stream, invokes your function synchronously, and retries on errors. If Lambda throttles the function or returns an error without invoking the function, Lambda retries until the records expire or exceed the maximum age that you configure on the event source mapping.

If the function receives the records but returns an error, Lambda retries until the records in the batch expire, exceed the maximum age, or reach the configured retry quota. For function errors, you can also configure the event source mapping to split a failed batch into two batches. Retrying with smaller batches isolates bad records and works around timeout issues. Splitting a batch does not count towards the retry quota.

If the error handling measures fail, Lambda discards the records and continues processing batches from the stream. With the default settings, this means that a bad record can block processing on the affected shard for up to one week. To avoid this, configure your function's event source mapping with a reasonable number of retries and a maximum record age that fits your use case.

Each record in a stream belongs to a specific window. Lambda will process each record at least once, but doesn't guarantee that each record will be processed only once. In rare cases, such as error handling, some records might be processed more than once. Records are always processed in order the first time. If records are processed more than once, they might be processed out of order.

You can configure tumbling windows when you create or update an event source mapping. To configure a tumbling window, specify the window in seconds. The following example AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI) command creates a streaming event source mapping that has a tumbling window of 120 seconds. The Lambda function defined for aggregation and processing is named tumbling-window-example-function.

What you did just redirected the error stream to the standard output and did nothing with it, and also independently redirected the standard output (which was empty) to build.log. To give you an example to test what happened, create the following script as output.sh

This field defaults to "File" which means the terminationmessages are retrieved only from the termination message file.
