AfterEinwald had separated the two energies inside Gord's body, Gord was filled with despair as he could no longer use purest arcane magic, after his body changed. Gord accepted in hopes of finding a talented student to continue his unfinished research. Valir was once an apprentice of Gord and studied here for some time. Eudora worked here as a professor of magic too. She is now the Dean of the Magic Academy, succeeding Theresa. Lylia was a top student in this Academy and so was Guinevere. The Magic Academy also seems to be in conflict with Eruditio about which faction is dominant.

Hundreds of years ago, Dark Magicians were important precursors to the creation of Magic Academy. The gap between them and the White Magicians had always been big. They had different opinions on magic ideas.

The core of all disputes was that Dark Magic possessed mysterious magic called Alien Space Summoning. This kind of magic had created a portal to the unknown bringing alien monsters to the Land of Dawn. It was unpredictable, destructive, and also a contributor to a great threat in the human world.

Finally, this risky magic went wrong during a summoning causing a disturbance at the academy. The incident ended with the death of a high-rank white magician. This triggered a strong resentfulness of White Magic, after the senate of the ruling, Dark Magic assumed full responsibility.

They were permanently banished to the west of the land. It also led to the end of Dark Magic. The esoteric Alien Space Summoning was also permanently banned. The Magic Academy is now under the control of White Magic.

The text of the abilities suggests you're continuing your studies on the side during your adventuring career, presumably writing papers and completing assignments during your Drift jumps or something, but I wanna play a character who TRIED to get through magic school and just couldn't cut it, who CAN cast spells but sucks at it because their spells always have weird and unpredictable outcomes (Witchwarper class).

I don't see anything themewise connecting, its not like there's an interlibrary loan feature or call up the prof class ability that wouldn't make sense.cram: If you were actually good, you would know the spell for real instead of having to study your notes..

Sorceress managed to bring her friend back. But it was just a ruse .Trough unknown spell he took control over sorcerer's mind. And together they quickly overran the academy. But several high ranking council members were able to escape.They managed to create magic barrier around the facility. You are trapped inside. It wont stay forever, but you already can feel strange desires and crepiling voices around. So it's up to you, to deal with this problem or succumb to your desires.

No. There should be stairs somewhere on the level. You can use map to see where you haven't been yet, by pressing "M". You can zoom in and out by scrolling mouse wheel. And while I was answering this comment, I double checked exits and map. And what do you know, there were small chance that exit won't spawn. So thank you, now it should be fine. Also I changed map markers, so it should always show exit stairs.

It's very unclear how to play it. When do the sex scenes exactly trigger? Space bar or E don't start them when near the enemy, they just keep damaging my MC. Randomization is not always good, very ofter you start with useless abilities. How to restore health? I passed 3 floors and didn't find any vials. Would be nice to have a tutorial.

"Sex is triggered when enemies are very near the player" - but most of the time they just keep hitting me, until health is near zero. I just don't get what role sex playes in the game - it seems like a powerful move, since after that all enemies around get vanished, but how to trigger it on purpose without losing all health - unclear.

"I don't know what you mean about useless abilities" - like, shamans, for example, that use fire rune instead of shooting from a staff. You can't kill anymore with that fire rune, it's uncomparable with other weapons.

Try quasy randomization instead, like, when you know you're going to put exacly 2 vials on a level and exactly one new staff, but their exact locations are randomized. Somethin like that. "Blood" type weapon makes it way too easy, comparing to vials.

"I turned off VSync deliberately" - I don't get why. My RTX card is just burning, outputing thousands unnecessary fps. If you think it's causing some issues on some machines, make it optional in the settings.

Ah, and one more thing. I like that you've added filters to the options - male/female/herms, but would also be nice to filter out crazy colors and style that most enemies have. Like, some option like "natural color", that would avoid purple/green/blue skin or hair. Also, when you generate males and females, you maybe could use only certain assets for certain genders, like men would not look like trans, etc. Again, that could be optional, because people can have different tastes. but it shouldn't be that difficult to implement (just tag assets "masculine", "feminine", "unisex" and use it if the player selected corresponding checkbox in the settings).
