‘The Hindu’ Daily has published the story ‘CORPORATE RESPONSE TO HIV/
AIDS: A REPLICABLE STORY FROM TECHNOPARK,TRIVANDRUM posted in our

Dear Maya,
This is to express our sincere gratitude to you for publishing the
story of G-TECH Group of Companies’ initiatives to fight against HIV/
AIDS epidemic in ‘The Hindu’. We are happy to know that you have
grabbed the story from the ‘best practices-kerala’ group managed by
the Best Practice Documentation Unit, IEC Division of KSACS.
While constituting the ‘Best Practice Documentation Unit’, the motive
of the KSACS was to identify best practices and success stories from
the field and share it with others, so that they can replicate the
same in their area of operation. KSACS alone cannot halt the epidemic
or hinder its socio-economic impacts. A coordinated movement of
various sectors is inevitable to battle with the epidemic. By sharing
the learning of HIV related interventions and initiatives, it is
expected that others may also be motivated to replicate the same in
their own fields. Obviously it will contribute to the efforts of NACO
to halt and reverse the HIV/AIDS epidemic by the end of NACP-III.
We need persons like you to herald the best practices and success
stories taking place in the programmes and services implemented to
avert the spread of HIV and AIDS in the State of Kerala. We will share
more such stories with you through the group ‘bestpractice-
ker...@googlegroups.com’. We humbly request you to visit our group
frequently and propagate possible stories through your esteemed media.
