Greetings from Best Practice Documentation Unit, IEC Division of
KSACS!!

As you aware, the motive of the Kerala State AIDS Control Society
(KSACS) behind the formation of ‘Best Practice Documentation Unit’
attached to its IEC Division is to identify, document and disseminate
the best practices and success stories in NACP-III Kerala
Implementation. A coordinated movement of various sectors is
inevitable to battle with the epidemic. By sharing the learning of HIV
related interventions and initiatives, it is expected that others may
also be motivated to replicate the same in their own fields. Obviously
it will contribute to the efforts of NACO to halt and reverse the HIV/
AIDS epidemic by the end of NACP-III.

We would like to inform you that we are in a process of collecting
more e-mail addresses to disseminate success stories happening in our
programme under NACP-III. Presently our group (bestpractices-
ker...@googlegroups.com) is loaded with nearly 1000 prosperous
members. We are planning to multiply the membership up to 10000 within
a period of next six months. One of the major strategies we adopt to
collect the right e-mail addresses is seeking the support of our
esteemed group members like you. You can help us by providing relevant
e-mail addresses from your e-mail contacts. We humbly request your
wholehearted support in this endeavor of heralding our achievements in
HIV/AIDS arena to the world.

If you are interested, you can export all your e-mail contacts to CSV
(Comma Separated Values) file format and edit the relevant addresses
that you wish to provide us.

Once again we humbly request your cooperation. Please be kind enough
to inform us, if you need any clarifications in this regard. A brief
note on how to export your contacts and the email to which it has to
be sent, is appended below.

GMAIL Window of your mail address. Then select All Contacts and Click
on Export Button. An Export Contacts window will appear, select
Outlook CSV (for import into Outlook clients) and then click on Export
Contact button. Now you will get an excel sheet with all your contact
address. Kindly edit and forward it to us. You cannot attach files in
emails you send to the group. Instead please mail it to
