Here is what I would like to see added to this job posting:

In the job description section:
1. Implement cafeteria menus consistent with the Institute of Medicine
of the National Academies report: School Meals: Building Blocks for
Healthy Children (2010)
2. Implement and manage Farm to School program, which includes
purchase of produce from local farmers for the cafeteria menu on a
regular basis, and a classroom and garden education component.

In the qualifications section:
1. Passion for healthy eating.
2. Familiarity with current research in childhood and adolescent
nutrition
3. Experience working with Chef Ann Cooper a plus.
