Hi guys, what do you think about taking BCAA before/after workouts and how necessary is this step for someone who takes post-workout protein shake that already contains over 4g of glutamine and over 5g of leucine, isoleucine, and valine?

Taking BCAAs can be beneficial, especially if you're looking to improve muscle recovery and reduce muscle soreness. While your protein shake has good amount of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, adding specific BCAAs like https://balkan-pharm.com/product/bcaa-211-bp/ can provide more concentrated dose. BCAAs are essential amino acids, and having them in the right ratio can help support protein synthesis and prevent muscle breakdown. If your training intensity is high or you're in calorie deficit, BCAAs may provide that extra support. It's not mandatory, but it could be a valuable addition to your routine.
