to A new master planned city in Nepal
A new financial city should created somewhere else than ktm. since
ktm is the major hub for the andolans/strikes and all the Nepal
populations seems to be in ktm. This will decentralize the ktm in some
extent. Some possible measures I can see this happening is from tax
incentives, technological availability and far from strikes or any
political movement. Place should just be concentrated for financial
stuffs. So question is which city u think fits the criteria? Any
guesses?
