A new master planned city in Nepal

The goal of this project is to create the "Best City In Nepal". Lets have a discussion of what "best" means, and work towards achieving this goal. Beside 'town planning' experts, we will require inputs from experts of environment, proper land use, water resources, waste management, and many others.
