Handmade tool that's ready for heavy duty work..with a defect on my copy

After reading all five five star review, I was very excited to purchase this tool.
Upon opening the package the first thing I realized that the product is little heavier then I expected.
Still initially Everything looked great.
All the edges are razor sharp and I thought the tool is ready for some serious workout..I thought
After closer inspection, I noticed that the chisel blade is "lopsided?"
As you can see in the photo, not only the chisel not sharpened, but the left side of chisel "blade" is noticeably thicker then right side...
Considering this is handmade, If indeed this is a "defect" then the three star rating is more then generous I think.
As of now, I don't know if I should real world test it (for a fairer review) or ask for a replacement.

It was admittedly a defect. This just proves nobody's infallible.
Both Gransors and Imaginegear owned up to the mistake and sent me a replacement ASAP.
I'm very impressed with their service and have a faith in their lifetime guarantee.
I can't wait to field test the tool.
I'm adjusting the rating from three to four stars. I will add half a star more to round out to five if the field test is positive.
Till then, I'm still knocking one star for letting such a obvious defect slip through both the smith, and the distributor.

I just used this tool pulling some roofing nails.
It worked as advertised. It was very comfortable handling the job. Pulling what must be at least decade old nails on top of my sloped roof was an easy walk in the park. As promised I'm upping half star to round out to five.
