Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maximo Application Support Consultant to join our team in Houston, TX.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancements of IBM Maximo applications. This role requires strong functional and technical knowledge of Maximo, along with hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing the system to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide production support for IBM Maximo applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
· Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and functional issues.
· Perform configuration, workflow setup, and administration tasks within Maximo.
· Support end-users by addressing incidents, service requests, and technical queries.
· Coordinate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and implement enhancements.
· Work with technical teams to manage Maximo integrations with other enterprise systems.
· Conduct system monitoring, data validation, and patch/upgrades support.
· Document technical solutions, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills:
· 7+ years of experience in IBM Maximo Application Support(MAS) / Consulting.
· Hands-on experience with Maximo configurations, workflows, automation scripts, and security.
· Experience in Maximo system integrations (Web Services, APIs, Middleware tools).
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
