Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Core Accountability
Ensure work is planned and executed according to plan
Facilitate sprint planning and manage sprint details in Agile Central Schedules and facilitates the team retrospectives
Manage sprint metrics set and monitor team velocity
Facilitate creation of cut over plan for releases
Coach team one Agile processes and principles
Play the role of a servant leader Other Responsibilities Duties Participate in Scrum Master Guidance
Group Initiate action plan based on Initiative retro
