JOB DESCRIPTION

RATE $40 ON C2C MAX

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator/Developer experience (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Flows, Apex, Batch Classes, LWCs, Reports & Dashboards
• Strong Salesforce configuration experience (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Record Types, Territory Management)
• Experience supporting integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events, Informatica/ETL, Streaming APIs)
• Experience with OmniStudio & OmniScripts
• Experience with ServiceNow, Incident, Problem & Change Management
• Experience with Copado, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred:

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer I Certification
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or CPQ experience
• Experience with third-party tools such as Marketo, Seismic, or Qualtrics
