KI Infosystems is seeking an experienced Senior SAP APMe Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe), APMe configuration and development, Groovy scripting, SQL/PL-SQL, and compensation management systems.
Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management)
Experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations and production environments
Background in compensation and incentive management systems
Required Skills
Strong experience with SAP APMe configuration and development
Groovy scripting within APMe environments
Strong SQL / PL-SQL development and data analysis skills
Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Strong communication and technical documentation skills
Preferred Skills
SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
Compensation rules and commission calculations
APMe / ICM integrations
ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or SSIS
Reporting tools (Jasper or similar)
Python scripting
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance SAP APMe solutions
Configure compensation and incentive structures
Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data processing
Support integrations between APMe and internal/external systems
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure data accuracy
Analyze large datasets to improve system performance and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams
Develop and maintain technical documentation
