Position: SAP Callidus (Configuration & Development)
Location: Charlotte, NC or Syracuse, NY (Open for Remote)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer with deep
expertise in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development to support
mission-critical compensation and incentive management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain compensation rules, crediting logic & incentive
plans
- Customize SAP Callidus for complex business needs
- Optimize plan performance and resolve calculation issues
- Level 3 production support & root cause analysis
- Manage data integrations & Oracle PL/SQL ETL
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop UNIX shell scripts for automation
- Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Workflow & organizational data integration
- Crystal Reports development & analytics

Required Skills:
- SAP Callidus (ICM / Commissions)
- Compensation plans & crediting logic
- Oracle PL/SQL (ETL)
- UNIX shell scripting
- APIs & integrations
- Crystal Reports
- Strong troubleshooting & communication skills

Preferred:
- Sales Compensation domain
- Cloud / hybrid environments
- Large enterprise support experience
