Title : AWS Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 months + possible Ext
Rate : $45/hr c2c max

 Overview
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support our move to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role will focus on design, planning, and preparation work for a Q3 migration, helping modernize our infrastructure and ensure a smooth transition to the cloud.
 Key Responsibilities
 Design and prepare AWS infrastructure to support an upcoming Q3 migration
 Plan and implement AWS-based solutions using best practices
 Support containerized workloads using AWS EKS
 Configure and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, and KMS
 Ensure security, access controls, and encryption standards are met
 Collaborate with internal teams to align infrastructure design with application needs
 Document architecture, configurations, and migration plans
 Required Skills & Experience
 Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
 Hands-on knowledge of:  AWS EC2, AWS S3 ,AWS IAM, AWS KMS, AWS EKS
 Experience designing cloud infrastructure and preparing migration strategies
 Understanding of security and identity management in AWS
 Infrastructure-as-code and automation experience is a plus
 Nice to Have
 Previous experience supporting cloud migration projects
 Familiarity with containerized environments and Kubernetes
