Position: Senior/Lead OLFM Functional Consultant
Location: Allentown, PA 18034

Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced OLFM Functional Consultant to lead and deliver
end-to-end leasing solutions on Oracle EBS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead OLFM solution design (Contract Authoring, Billing, Pricing, Streams)
- Configure Financial Products, billing rules, SLA accounting
- Integrate with AR, AP, GL, and Oracle Assets
- Drive workshops, requirements gathering and functional design
- Oversee SIT/UAT testing and deployment support
- Guide junior consultants and stakeholders

Required Experience:
- 7+ years OLFM functional experience
- At least one end-to-end implementation as lead
- Strong knowledge of leasing models (Operating, Finance, Loans)
- Hands-on with streams (rent, residual, interest, principal)
- Expertise in OLFM integration with AR/AP/GL/FA

Additional Skills:
- Oracle EBS experience (8–12+ years)
- Financial reconciliation and contract lifecycle understanding
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:
- IFRS/GAAP knowledge
- Securitization / syndication experience
- Exposure to Credit Mgmt, EBTax, OM
