Job Title: Avature Administrator/Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA (USA)
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Avature Administrator (Level 4 Certified)
with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Avature system administration.
The candidate will be responsible for system configuration, workflow
creation, troubleshooting, and supporting HR/recruitment users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the Avature system (workflows, modules,
integrations)
- Provide end-user support to HR, recruiters, hiring managers, and
candidates
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
- Manage ATS data integrity and role-based security
- Support system upgrades, patches, and testing
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors for integrations and enhancements
- Develop documentation and provide user training

Required Skills:
- Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification (Mandatory)
- 3–5+ years of Avature Admin experience
- Strong knowledge of ATS/CRM systems
- Experience in HR systems like SAP ERP HCM or Workday HCM
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Visio
