Role: AI Architect/ GenAI Lead/ Solution Architect

Location:Seattle,Washington (Onsite)

Duration:Long term.

·        13+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, and enterprise-scale solution delivery.

·        Expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG architectures, autonomous agent workflows, context engineering, and prompt engineering.

·        Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML architecture using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and LangGraph.

·        Ability to design and deploy scalable GenAI solutions, integrating vector databases, embedding pipelines, and governance frameworks (Trust, Privacy, Compliance, Observability, Ethics).

·        Proficiency in model fine-tuning (LoRA), GPU optimization, and high-performance AI workloads.

·        Solid background in Machine Learning & Data Science, including predictive analytics, feature engineering, and ML model development using Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.

·        Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Azure (Cognitive Search, Translator, Azure SQL, App Services, Blob, Azure OpenAI) and GCP (Vertex AI, Gemini).

·        Experience in AIOps and MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, automation, and multi-environment lifecycle management.

·        Demonstrated ability to build AI applications, such as chatbots, summarization systems, translation tools, microservices, and API-driven solutions.

·        Proven competency in DevOps and automation, with a track record of building automation tools and driving digital optimization initiatives.

·        Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.

·        Experience leading POCs, innovation initiatives, hackathons, and enterprise-level AI integrations.

·        Certifications in Generative AI, Azure, Databricks, Agentic AI, or equivalent advanced AI credentials are preferred.
